This gorgeous waterfront home is located on a quiet canal in a nice residential neighborhood
in New Port Richey with excellent sunrise and water views. There are 2 bedrooms on the left
side of the house: one with a queen bed and the master bedroom with a king bed, having a
fully equipped bathroom. On the right side, there is another large bedroom (also having a king
bed). It has it's own separate jacuzzi bathroom. Linens and towels are provided. The kitchen is
fully equipped.

The living room has a 46" flat screen with cable Tv included. There is free WiFi internet and a
PC available in the villa for surfing the web.

The telephone allows free local calls (international and long distance calls can be made using
pre-paid cards which are available at many local shops).

The home is looked after by a local management company who are on hand to deal with any
issues that may arise.

In the backyard, you can relax by our private pool which overlooks the canal or fish off our
floating dock (in the winter months, you can sometime see Manatees and dolphins swimming by).
Deep sea fishing charters are only 5 minutes away. Enjoy the sunrise from our own pool !

Depending on the season, you can get your own grapefruits or oranges right off our trees.
We even provide a juicer in the kitchen for freshly made orange or juice! This home is true
Florida at it's best.

This community has it's own private beach (one mile away) with cabanas, BBQ grills, restrooms
and showers. There are a lot of different restaurants and shops nearby.

A favorite activity of ours is to rent a pontoon and take it to the Sand Bar or Anclote Key for a day
where we go shelling, fishing and dolphin watching. If you need ideas as to what to do or see,
we'll be happy to let you know our family's other favorites.

For those of you with a boat, you're welcome to bring it (you need to let us know the size of the
vessel beforehand to see if we can accommodate.)
